This Privacy Policy explains what information Omnipresence collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It reflects how the product actually works today: you tell us about your brand, we use AI to turn that into platform-ready content, and we learn from your feedback to make future content more "you."
The entity responsible for your personal information is Jumping Ahead Inc., which operates Omnipresence. You can reach us at hello@omnipresence.online or 4281 Express Lane, Suite L7283, Sarasota, FL 34238, USA.
By using Omnipresence, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
For account, billing, usage, website, and consent information, we act as a controller. For personal information that may be contained within the brand material and other Content you submit, we act as a processor on your behalf, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide it. Business customers who need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can request one at hello@omnipresence.online.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
Omnipresence uses third-party AI models to generate text and images. To do this, your brand inputs and prompts are sent to our AI provider (currently OpenAI) so it can return generated content. Please note:
AI-generated content can contain errors and should be reviewed before use (see our Terms).
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate Omnipresence. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations (including Data Processing Agreements and, where relevant, EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers). Our current sub-processors are:
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, and file storage | Account, brand inputs, uploaded material, generated content |
| Vercel | Application hosting and delivery | Request and log data, IP address |
| OpenAI | AI text and image generation | Brand inputs and prompts sent to generate content |
| Stripe | Payment and subscription processing | Billing details and payment information |
| Resend | Transactional and account email | Email address and message content |
| Upstash (QStash) | Background job processing | Job metadata used to run generation tasks |
| Sentry | Error monitoring and reliability | Error and diagnostic data, which may include IP address |
We may update this list as our infrastructure evolves and will reflect changes on this page.
Beyond the sub-processors above, we may share information only in these circumstances:
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication and access controls (including row-level data isolation between workspaces), and limited, need-to-know access.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep each category of information only as long as needed, then delete or anonymize it. Our general schedule:
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or security purposes.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights. To exercise any of them, email hello@omnipresence.online. We verify requests, may allow an authorized agent, respond within the time applicable law requires, and do not discriminate against you for exercising rights.
EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): the rights to know/access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not disclose it to third parties for their direct marketing.
Other US states & Nevada: residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise the rights their state provides (typically access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-outs of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling), including any appeal right. Email hello@omnipresence.online with "Privacy Appeal." We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
We currently use only strictly necessary cookies, for example to authenticate your session and keep the app secure and reliable. Because these are essential to a service you have requested, they do not require consent, and we do not display a cookie consent banner. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future (such as analytics), we will request your consent through a compliant cookie banner before they are used. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
Omnipresence is intended for business use, and account holders must be adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We operate from, and our sub-processors may store and process your information in, countries other than your own, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK and Swiss addenda as applicable). You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards at hello@omnipresence.online. EEA/UK users may also contact our representative for data-protection matters at hello@omnipresence.online.
If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting information we process, we will act without undue delay in accordance with applicable law. As a controller under the GDPR/UK GDPR, we notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours where the breach is likely to result in a risk, and affected individuals without undue delay where the risk is high. As a processor, we notify the relevant controller without undue delay. We also provide notice under applicable US state breach-notification laws within the required timeframes.
When you accept our Terms and Privacy Policy, we record your acceptance (account identifier, timestamp, IP address, user-agent, and the version of the documents you agreed to) as evidence of your consent, retained per Section 10. See the Terms of Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required, and we will not retroactively reduce a commitment for information already collected without a valid legal basis.
